Please send the goods back in the undamaged original packaging and in a suitable shipping box.

Will the purchase price be automatically refunded?
After checking the goods, your purchase price will be automatically refunded. The same payment method that you chose when purchasing is used.
Alternatively, you can also receive a voucher or another item.

Is a return possible after more than 30 days?
The 30-day extended right of return is a voluntary customer service in addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal. The voluntarily extended right of return expires if 30 days have been exceeded after receipt of the goods. From this point on, a return is no longer possible.
